My name is Tyler, and I'm passionate about all things health, wellness, and human performance.
I have a diverse fitness background: collegiate squash and rowing, half-ironman triathlons, jiujitsu, boxing, CrossFit, skiing, mountain biking, and more. My drive to excel across these disciplines led me to explore the critical role of recovery in athletic performance.
That journey started in high school. To keep up with fitter, more naturally talented teammates, I started looking for any edge I could find. I was willing to give everything in practice. I just needed my body to keep up with how hard I was pushing. That quest led me to prioritize recovery long before it was mainstream.
Recovery Reviews is where I share what I've learned: the products I use, the data I track, the experiments I run, and the trends shaping health and fitness. No hype, no sponsored takes, just honest content from someone who does the work.
